Questions agencies ask

How the checks work, what the trial includes, and what each plan covers.

Which AI engines do you check?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. ChatGPT runs with web search on, so its answers cite sources. Each prompt is asked on each engine once a week, localized to the client's country.

How often are Google rankings checked?

Every day. We record the top 20 results for each keyword in the country, language and device you choose, along with competitor positions and the SERP features Google showed, such as an AI Overview or a local pack. From the Freelancer plan, positions 21 to 50 are checked once a week as well.

What does the site audit check?

106 checks across crawlability, indexing, content, links, images, security, structured data and speed: broken pages and links, redirect chains, titles and descriptions, canonicals and noindex tags, hreflang, duplicate and thin content, mixed content and slow responses. Each crawl follows robots.txt, reads up to 10,000 pages, opens pages that need JavaScript in a real browser, and is compared with the last crawl. Your plan sets how many pages you can crawl a month: 500 on Free, up to 300,000 on Agency Pro.

What is Get featured?

A way to place a client in a “best of” list on one of our magazines. You choose the list, we review the client against its criteria, and an editor publishes the entry. Every paid entry is labelled “Featured partner” and its link is marked rel="sponsored", as Google asks for paid links. We check the live page every week and track how often AI answers name the client before and after. A standard entry is $299, one on a magazine that AI answers cited in the last 90 days is $599, and Get featured monthly, a new placement each month, is $199 a month. If we decline an order, it's refunded.

What happens when the trial ends?

The workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid one. Nothing is deleted: checks continue for your oldest 10 keywords and 5 prompts, and the rest pick up again when you upgrade.

Do you offer white-label reports?

Yes. From the Freelancer plan, monthly reports carry your logo, colour and footer instead of ours, and print to PDF. From the Agency plan, each client also gets a private portal link and the report by email on the 1st of the month.

Can I bring in Search Console and Google Analytics data?

Yes, on every plan. Connect one Google account in the workspace settings, then pick each client's Search Console property and, if you like, its GA4 property. Access is read-only. Clicks, top queries and organic sessions then show on the project and in its monthly report.

What counts as a client project?

One website you track. Each project has its own keywords, AI prompts, competitors, country and language, and its own monthly report. Pause a project to stop its checks and keep its history.
